The term boutique has always inferred personal service for a select clientele, tailored toward a lifestyle theme.  While it is commonly used in the retail market, the term "boutique"  is currently being used for specialized firms such as  hotels, banks,  or, in our case a real estate company.  We tailor your real estate transaction to meet your goals, whether they be short-term or long-term.

Jade Realty is a real estate boutique. To keep it more intimate we have opted to keep our offices small. Each office is the home of 12  sales associates with their support staff. We find that by keeping smaller offices our clients never get lost in the transaction. By offering tailored, personal contact with our clients, we assist in keeping the transaction as effortless  as possible.

When you choose  to use our sales associates, you not only get a wonderful, friendly individual, you get the entire staff behind them! We will follow your transaction from initial showings all the way through closing. We never abandon our clients to the details, such as escrow, home inspections or appraisals. We stand beside you the whole way. We offer to do the leg work for you, so that you are free to take care of your personal responsibilities. You can elect  to have as much, or as little, involvement in the process. You can even select  to have us contact you only with vital information or when we need your signature.
